LAT Apparel Donated Made In The USA Masks
  • LAT created two fabric face masks that served as added protection for existing N95 Masks or Surgical Masks.
  • These masks were created to add additional lifespan to current masks being utilized in hopes to help healthcare professionals and many others stay safe and healthy.
  • LAT recently donated to the Albany's Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Pediatric Care Unit in true Rabbit Skins fashion to keep children safe. Albany‚Äôs Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital has had an influx of patients and has seen their medical supplies cut severely.

Is LAT operating as normal and open for business?
  • We continue to operate as normal – both Distribution Centers and Production facilities remain open.

Are your distributor partners operating as normal and open for business too?
  • Yes. Many of our distributor partners are operating as normal. Please check each respective website for updates daily

Will your inventory levels be affected?
  • At this time, we have not been informed of any specific supply chain issues. We are working closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest information.

Are your shipments/boxes safe to open?
  • We believe based on currently available information that the coronavirus can only live a short time on surfaces. By the time an LAT box reaches our Customers, it is ok to open.

Are the LAT pick up locations open?
  • For your safety and the safety of our employees, effective immediately, March 20th, we will discontinue the option for Customers to place pick-up orders from LAT distribution centers. Our distribution centers will remain open and fully functional. All orders you would have typically ordered for pick-up will now be shipped to you.

What is your customer communication plan?
  • We will be updating this page daily as more information becomes available.

What technology or tools do you offer to help me communicate with my customers?
Are you restricting sales team activity and travel?
  • Yes, for everyone’s safety, all employees who normally travel have been instructed NOT to travel. No airplanes or hotels. Our staff is currently using video-conferencing tools to stay productive and connected with colleagues, partners and customers.
    Additionally, all Inside Sales reps are working from home. Please reach out to your rep via email.

What actions have you taken to secure the safety of your employees?
  • Remote Work
    All office associates have been armed with lap tops and phones and are working from home to limit the number of people interacting in our facilities.

  • Social Distancing
    For those associates that cannot effectively work from home we have spread out work stations or moved associates to other areas in our facility to avoid close contact.

  • Ban business travel until further notice
    Employees who travel have been instructed NOT to travel. No airplanes or hotels. Our staff will utilize video-conferencing tools to stay productive and connected with colleagues, partners and customers.

  • Extra Hygiene Measures
    We have implemented additional janitorial services and procedures at our facilities and continue to share guidance from public health authorities to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Hand sanitizer and antibacterial cleaners have been installed throughout our facilities. Warehouse associates are using assigned carts, equipment and hand wands throughout the day to avoid handling exchanges of work apparatus
