LAT has two distribution centers, Ball Ground, GA and Reno, NV that offer same-day shipping for all orders placed before the cut-off time. Pick-up orders are ready three hours after the order is placed.

All orders placed before 4 p.m. (ET) will be shipped the same day FOB from our Ball Ground, GA warehouse. Orders received after 4 p.m Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.

COD, freight,handling and insurance charges will be added to the invoice. UPS Next-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request. UPS hundredweight service is available on large shipments. Orders shipped via FedEx, airfreight, truck line, or other methods, per customer request, are subject to restrictions. LAT Apparel shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. LAT Apparel also reserves the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers.

Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order.

Unfortunately, we receive an occasional NSF check. If this happens, our maximum returned check charge is $25.00.
COD & CASH
Initial orders may be shipped on a COD basis. COD-CASH payments must be made to the UPS driver in the form of certified check or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted.
COD - COMPANY CHECK
Upon approval, customers may make payments to their UPS driver by company check. To obtain company check privileges, request an application from your customer service representative or the credit department, or click here to download our Credit Application. Personal checks will not be accepted.
IN-HOUSE CREDIT TERMS
Open terms are granted to customers with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references. Financial statements may be required. Open terms are net from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be charged on balances that extend beyond the established terms. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms. CLAIMS AND RETURNS
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department at 800-414-5650. Please have your invoice when you call.
All closeout and special sales final.
Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
All claims expire in 30 days and will be automatically cancelled if goods are not received prior to that 30 day period.
Credit will be issued only for goods received that are listed on the claim form, unless there is prior notification of changes.
No cash refunds.
All returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight and COD charges.

No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by your customer service representative.
Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.
LAT Apparel reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from LAT Apparel shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of Georgia.
We are required by law to collect sales taxes on the sale of all goods, unless we have a properly complete and signed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
